I am often asked how do I look after my lymphoedema? This question is often asked on both our adult and family’s support groups. I am a great believer in self-care, but I also believe that everyone whose has lymphoedema should have access to services from the NHS if you are in the UK and when you live in a country with a different health care system then that country should also provide lymphoedema management and treatment services.
